I've had my camera for almost four years now and since I didn't pic my favorites last year, the pictures in this post are from the past two years.

I think I'll never get tired of photographing flowers. WHERE FLOWERS BLOOM, SO DOES HOPE

In June 2015 I bought my third lens, Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM and have used it probably the most of my lenses since that. This is one of the first pictures I took with the lens and it was taken in Loviisa. LOVIISA RUUSUJEN HURMAA 5.7.2015

Full moon on Christmas 2015. UNA NAVIDAD CON LUNA LLENA

Visited my relatives in Northern Sweden in January 2016. They have moved there from Finland and now they're living right on the other side of Tornionjoki which is the river that separates the countries. You can litterally see Finland from their livingroom window. SWEDISH LAPLAND 2016

It was the coldest week of the winter during my visit and on the coldest days it was as cold as minus 35C and the wind made it feel like even colder. Hrrr. But it was so beautiful as everything was so white. SWEDISH LAPLAND 2016

I just love, love the main library of Helsinki University. The staircase is just amazing! If you like staircases and visit Helsinki, check out Kaisa and also the staircase at Porthania (the building next-door). UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI

Awww Hilla was so cute last year when she was so little and had amazing blue eyes. And she still is super cute althoug she now has yellow eyes. CUTENESS OVERLOAD

I also did a day trip to Tallinn. I love how easy it's to travel there. I booked the tickets in the evening and then traveled to Tallin next morning by ship. It only took 2 hours to get to Estonia, I had plenty of time to wonder around in the city and I got back to Helsinki the same day in the evening. And the city itself is also lovely. Seagulls. I don't know whether to like them or not. This one was okay and I got a great picture but a week ago I was walking on the street here in Helsinki trying to eat a karelian pirog and two seagulls attacked me trying to take my food. But fortunately they didn't manage to do that. But anyway, Tallinn is a great place for a little getaway and I would like to go there again this year. TALLINN 28.6.2016

I think there's no better place to be in the summer than Finnish countryside! Although it might snow in June but oh well. This year I'm spending most of the summer in Helsinki working but I also got a few weeks of vacation that I'm planning to spend at my hometown. JULY

Fireworks at my hometown. Usually the town doesn't organize any big events on new years eve but as Finland is turning 100 this year there are events everywhere all the time. NYE 2017

And last but definitely not least, my lovely little friend Oliver. This is one of my favorite pics ever. I went outside one morning and tried to photograph the wintery landscape but it didn't work out as I've planned. But our cats were outside and Oliver sat on the perfect spot and the whole backround was white because of the snow. And he just sat there and looked at the camera when I called his name. Usually cats just start running towards you when you call their name but luckily Oliver just sat there and I got the purrfect picture of him. Soooo cute, right? OLIVER

I'm having my last day of school before the summer break today so I hope that I'll have more time to photograph. I'm also going to Barcelona for a week on Monday so I'll have lots and lots of pictures from there later.
