I visited Barcelona 8.-17.5 and I also visited a couple of other places during my visit. First of them was Zaragoza which I visited on 9.5. I traveled there with Renfe and it took about 2 hours to get from Barcelona to Zaragoza with train. The weather was excellent during my visit: 27 degrees, blue sky and the sun shined all day. I was quite surprised how little tourists there were. There were some of course, but when I visited Ascensor de Pilar I was all alone there. But I think it's always better when a place isn't too crowded although Zaragoza is definitely worth a visit!
Puente de Piedra and Basilica-Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Pilar. It was such a shame it wasn't allowed to take pictures inside either one of Zaragozas two cathedrals.
